About Ballard Analytics
Our Mission
Ballard Analytics was created out of the need to fill the data-void that exists for many Hospital, Nursing Home, and Home Health Agency Leadership teams.
Developing and administrating custom database architectures to analyze troves of CMS.gov data, just to create a handful of analyses, does not justify the required time and resources to complete such a large project.
Our mission is to ensure hospital, nursing home, and home health agency leaders have access to business-critical analytics, without all the overhead associated with administrating servers, database architecture, standardizing data, or organizing analytics; enabling providers to focus their time and resources on facility, staff, and patients.
Whether you are preparing for a board meeting, performing market research, comparing quality measure performances, or just interested in discovering new KPIs, Ballard Analytics provides detailed customized analyses to support your business objectives.
Carl Rogers, Founder
Carl Rogers started Ballard Analytics prior to founding CareListings - The most comprehensive resource for finding senior living and post-acute care options available online.
Prior to developing CareListings, it became increasingly clear that leadership teams needed access to customized analytics to successfully manage their organizations - just as families benefit from the ability to view all options in their areas when selecting a healthcare facility or agency.
Over the last 10+ years, Carl has developed a unique combination of expertise in big data analytics, executive leadership, software development, and Medicare connectivity services for Hospital, Nursing Home, Home Health Agency, Dialysis Facilities, DME Suppliers, and Hospice home offices. He is passionate about transforming massive datasets into meaningful information.
Carl received his Bachelor's degree from Washington State University and resides in the Ballard neighborhood of Seattle with his wife, Courtney, and dog, Wallace.
